Oban Island
The four-acre Rubh'a Chruidh sits off the north-east tip of Kerrera and overlooks Oban harbour. Famous for it's breath taking scenery and harbour it is no wonder why business man and keen sailor David Hamilton and his wife decided on this location. When supplying the Timber Kit for this development we had to co-ordinate and schedule accurately as we could only access the island via ferry. This was challenging as the ferry was very small so precise programming and material ordering was key to this project running on time and within budget. We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and is one of our most unique projects to date.
